You need to make sure that the company listens to your needs, has a strong portfolio and success stories and that it can deliver! you can always get in touch with its clients to ask them about the company's services.

Title is important because this is what users see whenever they want to add your page to their favorites’ list. Also, search engines look for users’ keywords in your webpage titles; not just in the Meta Tags!

2. Font Size Is Fixed:Having the font size fixed takes away the flexibility that internet browser provides. Some people prefer to view fonts in small sizes while others prefer the largest size offered by the internet browser. Taking this feature away, by setting the CSS font size, makes it uncomfortable for some viewers to view your website – and hence, you will lose some potential clients.

3.Bad Navigation System:Website Structure (or Menu Bar) is what makes the difference in the navigation experience. Users need to be able to find what they are looking for in about 10 seconds or they will leave your website, and never return!
